About the Role
As an Office Assistant Trainee, you will provide administrative support across various areas of Zenn Ability, helping our teams deliver high-quality services to the community. You will gain practical experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment while developing valuable business and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to multiple departments
- Managing phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Filing, scanning, and organising office documentation
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations and team projects

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
