Our client, R Vashist & V Vishawjeet, is seeking a skilled and dependable Irrigationist to manage and maintain irrigation systems across its horticultural farming operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient water distribution, monitoring irrigation performance, and supporting sustainable farming practices to maximise crop health and productivity.

Job Responsibility:
· Manage and maintain irrigation systems across horticultural farming operations.
Duties:
· Determine hydraulic parameters for irrigation systems.
· Implement irrigation-related programs and water management strategies.
· Schedule irrigations based on crop and environmental requirements.
· Select, operate and manage pumping systems for irrigation.
· Interpret and apply irrigation designs.
· Supervise irrigation system installations.
· Supervise irrigation maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
· Monitor irrigation performance and identify faults or inefficiencies.
· Maintain records relating to irrigation schedules, water usage and system maintenance.
· Ensure irrigation practices comply with operational and environmental requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
· AQF Certificate I or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in irrigation, agriculture or horticulture.
· Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation systems, water management and pumping systems.
· Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
- $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- 38 hours per week.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
