In this role, you'll:
Plan and perform asset data collection to agreed timelines, validates and remediates data to ensure standards compliance, collaborates with stakeholders to obtain reliable asset information, maintains the asset information repository, and provides reporting, verification, and audit support as required.
You will:
Schedule and perform asset data collection to meet designated timelines and milestones, preparing submissions for upload into corporate systems.
Collaborate with asset managers, SMEs, and delivery teams to gather reliable asset information, support knowledge sharing.
Maintain and update the asset information repository; ensure secure storage, accessibility, and consistent formatting per policies/standards. (Responsibility clarified to Officer)
Provide regular reporting and analysis on quality, completeness, and currency; escalate issues to the Lead for timely resolution.
Conduct field verification and support compliance audits as directed by the Lead
These are statewide positions with permanent and fixed term openings up until (30/6/2028) with locations available in North and South office locations.

About you:
This role will require
Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Information Technology, Engineering or Technical qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in field and desk based asset data collection techniques.
Knowledge of organisational standards, metadata requirements, and corporate systems as related to road asset acceptance information.
Demonstrated proficiency with Windows, databases, and relevant asset information systems.
