Our Customer Service team is the front line of our business — proudly providing first‑class support to internal and external customers. This is not a call centre role; it’s a dynamic, relationship‑focused position where every day brings variety and opportunities to learn.
In this fast‑paced, customer-focused role, you will:
- Deliver outstanding service to a broad range of commercial clients
- Manage technical phone and email enquiries
- Process orders, returns, service requests and general enquiries via our Omni Channel platform
- Work closely with internal teams to drive positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
- Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve customer enquiries promptly while supporting team KPIs
