About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team - Permanent Part time (3-5 Days per Week)
This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working closely alongside GPs in a busy general practice setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Chronic Disease Management, including Care Plans & Reviews
- Wound care and dressing management
- Triage and patient assessment
- Immunisations (within scope)
- Assisting with procedures
- Performing ECG, Spirometry & ABI testing
- Conducting Health Assessments
What We’re Looking For
- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurse)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- A proactive, patient-focused approach
- Experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Best Practice software (advantageous)
