In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering program evaluation frameworks, governance systems, strategic reporting and performance measurement across Transport for NSW’s strategic initiatives.
This role will see you lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks, oversee governance and risk management processes, translate complex performance data into actionable insights, and contribute to evidence‑based decision‑making, with opportunities to influence major programs, enhance organisational accountability and support continuous improvement across a complex operating environment.
You will lead new ways of integrating evaluation, performance measurement and evidence-based reporting in a fast‑paced, complex, multi‑stakeholder environment requiring strong analytical capability, governance discipline and strategic insight.

About you
Your extensive experience in program evaluation, governance, performance reporting and evidence-based analysis formed across complex organisational environments, public sector contexts and multidisciplinary program teams will see you excel in translating complex data, overcoming competing priorities, and bringing governance, risk management and analytical rigour to lead to informed decision‑making, improved program outcomes and stronger organisational accountability.
You’re recognized as a highly developed communicator and influential collaborator, skilled at conveying complex evaluation outcomes and leading structured evaluation processes, experienced in benefits realisation, performance measurement, strategic reporting, financial tracking, and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
