Based at our Wacol office, this is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator to become part of a collaborative project team. About the Role
As our Site Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the project team, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and project documentation is managed accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support, including document preparation, reporting and correspondence
- Managing high-volume data entry and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and completing reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation of progress claims
- Managing subcontractor claims and certifications through the ERP system
- Maintaining project records, registers and filing systems
- Manage applications such as Traffic Management Plan approvals with local authorities
- Coordinating site documentation, including printing, scanning and document control
- Supporting the wider project team with general administrative tasks
About You
You are a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience in an administration role with high-volume data entry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within civil construction or a similar industry (highly regarded)
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
