The Role

As our Sampling & Sales Specialist, your core mission is to engage every customer who accepts a sample with a compelling sales pitch about our current store promotions!
What You Will Do
- Engage with a Pitch: Proactively greet passersby, offer delicious samples, and deliver our active store deal pitch to every single customer who samples.
- Drive In-Store Sales: Turn a free bite into a full box! Seamlessly transition customers from tasting a sample to taking advantage of our current bundle offers and promotions inside.
- Manage the Station: Keep the sampling station sparkling clean, fully stocked, and visually irresistible.
- Keep Up the Vibe: Bring high energy, a warm smile, and a persuasive attitude to every shift.

- Confident Pitchers: Comfortable, clear, and persuasive when delivering sales messages to every customer.
- Sales-Driven: Motivated by meeting daily sales goals and converting sample-lovers into buyers.

- Food Safety Savvy: Knowledgeable or quick to learn proper food handling and hygiene practices.
