Our Chermside store operates within our Joint Venture partnership model, giving you the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Store Partner and gain valuable exposure to the commercial and operational side of running a successful retail business.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team

Drive sales, customer experience and overall store performance

Oversee day-to-day store operations, compliance and performance standards

Manage rosters, budgets and labour efficiency

Coach your team to achieve performance goals through genuine customer care – not pushy sales tactics

Provide hands-on support with sales, service and the customer journey

Partner closely with the Store Partner, Optometrists and Optical Dispensers to deliver an exceptional experience

Build a positive, engaged and results-focused team culture
You'll bring:

Previous leadership experience in retail – whether that's as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or similar

A proven ability to coach, motivate and develop team members

Experience managing or contributing to rosters, labour planning and store performance

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

A commercial mindset and desire to continue developing your leadership capabilities
No optical experience? No problem. We'll provide the training and support you need to learn optical retail. Some of our most successful store leaders have joined us from outside the industry.
