Mould Busters is a Cheltenham based mould remediation company specialising in residential and commercial mould removal. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and physically capable skilled labourer to join our growing team, primarily working on subfloor mould treatment and cleaning jobs across Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Carry out mould removal and cleaning under subfloors and in confined spaces
- Operate cleaning equipment, dehumidifiers, and negative air machines
- Prepare work areas and follow safety protocols
- Work both independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team
- Casual position on an ABN basis, with hourly rates ranging from $35–$60/hr depending on experience and skill level
- Opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time employment for the right person
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in labouring, construction, cleaning, or related trades
- Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- White Card required (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Must be punctual, clean, and take pride in quality work
