ABC Textile Fabrication is a leading Australian-owned textile manufacturer with over 40 years of industry experience. Located in Glendenning, just off the M7, we specialise in the fabrication of high-quality custom textile products for commercial, residential, construction, transport, mining, and industrial applications.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Textile Fabricator to join our growing production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a specialised trade within a unique industry. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
About the Role
As a Textile Fabricator, you will be trained in the fabrication of custom industrial textile products including:
- Shade sails
- Architectural membranes
- Tarpaulins
- Commercial umbrella covers
- Industrial covers and custom textile products
You will learn to operate specialised fabrication equipment, including High Frequency (HF) welding machines, industrial cutting equipment, and various hand tools while working alongside experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Fabrication of custom textile products to detailed specifications
- Operating machinery and equipment under training and supervision
- Learning and performing HF welding techniques
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing industrial fabrics
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Working collaboratively within a production team
- Following workplace safety procedures and company processes

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
