We are seeking a talented, early career, individual to join our rapidly growing business, and dynamic Quality team as a Maintenance and Reliability Officer. This role will challenge you to work in a fast paced and high energy environment.
Your Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and support preventative maintenance programs across premises, utilities, process equipment, and analytical equipment to ensure operational reliability and compliance.

Manage the installation, commissioning, decommissioning, and ongoing maintenance of site assets, while coordinating pest management and contractor activities.

Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and external service providers to optimise equipment performance, minimise downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Utilise maintenance systems, data analysis, and emerging technologies to enhance asset management, predictive maintenance planning, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of activities
Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Engineering, Science, or related field

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and troubleshoot technical issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
