The Role
As a Property Consultant, you will:
- Source and engage clients through various channels, including social media and referrals
- Provide expert property advice tailored to clients’ needs and investment goals
- Guide clients through the end-to-end property purchasing process
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and consultations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage both cold and warm sales enquiries professionally
- Liaise with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Continuously develop your sales pipeline and referral network
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Real Estate License is required
- Previous real esate experience required
- Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated to succeed in a high-performance environment
- Confident in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to build a personal brand
- Demonstrated ability (or strong willingness) to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Valid working rights in Australia
Pay: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW 2000
