Your role includes but is not limited to:
- Day to Day reception and administrative duties
- Answering phone calls
- Making outbound sales calls
- Selling memberships
- Responding to new and existing enquiries
- Booking in appointments and Personal Training Sessions
- Up-keeping the cleanliness and tidiness gym including putting away weights.
- Greeting members with a friendly nature
- Processing administrative paperwork
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for health and fitness
- Friendly nature and a “can-do” attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Proven sales ability is ideal but not required
- Confident working on own and within a team environment
