Melbourne Business School Executive Education is experiencing strong momentum, delivering over 25% growth last year, with ambitious plans for continued expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking multiple Associate Principals to join our Client & Learner Solutions (C&LS) team.

Following strong growth we are now seeking new Associate Principals to join our Client & Learner Solutions team.
About the role
As an Associate Principal, you play a key role in shaping high-quality, commercially sound learning solutions within a sector-focused Executive Education portfolio.
Each portfolio is sector-focused, supported by a cross-functional team and led by a Principal Consultant. Our current portfolios span:
Financial & Professional Services
Industrials
Public Sector(including health and education)
Working closely with a Principal Consultant and cross-functional team, you act as a senior, client-facing solution architect and trusted advisor, translating complex organisational ambitions into coherent, scalable learning experiences.
You lead and contribute to client discovery and diagnostics, synthesise insights into clear design principles, and produce high-quality proposals, tenders, and learning architectures. You apply disciplined judgement to balance learning quality, feasibility, and commercial constraints, ensuring solutions are both impactful and sustainable.
Whether your background is in learning design, organisational psychology, consulting, sector leadership, or organisational development, you bring subject matter expertise and apply it to architect multi-layered solutions that deliver measurable learner and business outcomes. You also contribute to shared methodologies, reusable assets, and portfolio-wide capability, strengthening Client & Learner Solutions as a centre of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to portfolio performance through high-quality learning solution design and advisory
- Lead or support client discovery and diagnostic activities
- Design learning architectures that deliver measurable learner and business outcomes
- Advise clients on capability development priorities and learning pathways
- Support long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Contribute to scalable product development, frameworks, and reusable assets
- Collaborate across portfolios on shared methodologies and enterprise initiatives
- Apply sound commercial judgement in solution design and delivery planning
About you
You are an experienced learning designer, consultant, or organisational development practitioner who enjoys working at the intersection of client needs, learning quality, and commercial outcomes.
You will typically bring:
- Experience in learning design, consulting, or organisational development
- Strong capability in client discovery and solution design
- Subject matter expertise in a relevant discipline or sector
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset
