The McIntosh Group have Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter General / General Motor Mechanic roles available in our Construction Distribution Australia (CDA) Workshops, in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

What you’ll be doing:
Working as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter General / General Motor Mechanic, you will join a team of service professionals who have a great sense of pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers.
From our workshops in your preferred location, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective repair, servicing, and maintenance of machinery, plant, and equipment. This includes planned and preventative maintenance, diagnostics, field service work, fit-outs, and workshop repairs
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Trade qualified, Fitter General / HD or LV Mechanic / Plant Mechanic, or similar (essential)
- Outstanding troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s licence
- Electrical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- Adhere to safety guidelines
