About the Role:
Excellent opportunity for a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Cheltenham Manor Aged Care.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are looking for consistent, structured part-time work or casual work within a supportive aged care environment.
This role is ideal for someone who values routine and stability and is happy to commit to a set fortnightly roster or able to pick up at least 3 shifts a week as a casual.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality personal care

Qualifications and Experience:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Knowledge of relevant legislation

Ability to work independently

Positive, self-motivated attitude
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)

Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

Current Police Check (Required)

Australian working rights

Flu vaccination and COVID vaccination/boosters (highly desirable)
