As a McDonald's Maintenance Worker, you play an important role in ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and operating efficiently. You are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and completing preventative maintenance tasks to support both customers and crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the dining room, kitchen, amenities, car park, drive-thru, and external grounds.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and report any faults or repairs required.
- Empty bins and manage waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, floors, walls, cool rooms, freezers, and storage areas.
- Ensure all health, safety, and food safety standards are followed at all times.
- Assist with stock organisation and deliveries when required.
- Support the restaurant team to ensure the restaurant is always presented to the highest standard.

- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
