About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing industrial team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of large-scale clients across warehousing, transport and manufacturing environments, acting as the key point of contact for both clients and employees.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing workforce requirements, maintaining strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple sites.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of industrial client accounts across multiple locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate high-volume recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates
- Conduct regular site visits and workforce planning meetings with clients
- Manage rostering, attendance and replacement requirements to ensure service levels are met
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, account management or workforce management
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment and staffing requirements
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between client sites
