Pay: $30–$40 per hour + weekend penalty rates
Location: 7 Steam Mill Lane, Haymarket NSW 2000 (Sydney CBD)
Big flavour. Electric atmosphere. Friendly service. That’s Wingboy! Sydney’s best wing joint, now five venues strong across Haymarket, Randwick, Newtown, Parramatta and Penrith. We’re on the hunt for fast, focused Cooks/BOH team members to join our Darling Square team and help us pump out the wings, tenders, corn ribs and loaded fries our customers can’t get enough of.
This is a casual role with flexible hours to fit around your study, sport or side hustle. You'll be part of a small, fast moving kitchen team that takes pride in getting it right, every plate, every time.
What you’ll be doing
- Working as part of a small, fast paced kitchen team
- Communicating clearly with teammates and management
- Cooking using fryers
- Preparing sauces, garnishes and chicken
- Organising food deliveries, including FIFO stock rotation
- Saucing and garnishing menu items
- Following direction from the Head Chef and supervisors
- Following all Wingboy policies and procedures
- Opening and closing the kitchen using checklists
