We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with workshops, fleet operators, transport companies, resellers, and trade customers across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle aftermarket sector.
- Promote and sell truck, trailer, and bus spare parts from leading OEM, OES, and aftermarket brands.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong market coverage.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales, truck parts, industrial products, or related B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Existing industry contacts within transport, fleet, or automotive sectors will be highly regarded.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
