In this role, you'll:
- Support end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, and contract administration
- Assist stakeholders to plan procurement activities by gathering business requirements and market information
- Contribute to market analysis and risk assessment to inform sourcing decisions
- Assist in preparing RFx documentation and procurement documentation in line with NSW Government frameworks
- Maintain procurement records, systems, and reporting to ensure compliance and transparency
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on procurement processes and policies
- Monitor supplier performance and support contract management activities
Multiple roles are available.
All roles based in Procurement Operations are based in Burwood.
All roles based in Direct Procurement and Minor Construction are based in Parramatta.
Role location will depend on the business unit. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are supported.

About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented team player who is keen to develop your procurement capability in a supportive environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in procurement or a related field (e.g. finance, legal, commercial, or administration)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn procurement frameworks, policies, and systems
- Ability to follow processes while exercising judgement and knowing when to escalate issues
