We are seeking an organised, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support the efficient day-to-day running of our business.
About the Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating office operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth business processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, office management, or business operations (required)
- Candidates with additional relevant experience will be highly regarded
- Experience within the food manufacturing, health food, FMCG, or retail industries is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field will be preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage records, documentation, and administrative systems effectively
- Understanding of workplace compliance, health & safety requirements, and business procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient business operations
- Develop and maintain office procedures, systems, and documentation
- Coordinate staff schedules, operational requirements, and administrative support
- Support management with business reporting, planning, and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records including HR documentation, compliance records, inventory information, and financial administration
- Coordinate procurement of office and business supplies and liaise with suppliers
- Assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, training coordination, and payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health and safety requirements, and industry standards
- Provide administrative support across manufacturing, operations, and management teams
- Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
