Your Next Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team across two of our wonderful Ingenia Lifestyle communities — Element and Natura — supporting both sites with high‑quality maintenance and care.
Reporting to the Community Manager's, you’ll play a key role in keeping the community looking beautiful, safe, and well‑maintained — ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home.
This role is currently part‑time, with plans to transition into a full‑time position down the track.

In This Role, You’ll
- Maintain beautifully presented outdoor areas through mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation, and pest control, keeping the community looking its best for residents and visitors.
- Carry out general repairs, preventative maintenance, and upkeep across shared facilities, villas, and equipment, ensuring everything remains safe and functional.
- Coordinate contractor work and assist with managing maintenance budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct regular WHS inspections, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents.
- Build positive relationships with residents, respond to maintenance requests, and contribute to a friendly, supportive community environment.
You’re Likely a Match If You
- Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence.
- Have experience in grounds, gardening, or property maintenance, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay calm and organised in unexpected situations.
- Are proactive, approachable, and committed to providing excellent service with clear communication.
- Are comfortable performing manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating tools or machinery.
- Understand the importance of PPE, safe chemical use, and proper handling of tools and equipment.
