- Giving practical, day-to-day safety advice with a visible presence on-site
- Hazard reports, site inspections, and risk assessments
- Supporting incident investigations and manual handling/ergonomics assessments
- Tracking corrective actions and flagging risks to the HSE Manager
- Working with supervisors and employees to build buy-in for safety protocols
About you
You’re a people person who shares the safety message in a practical, positive way, and knows how to adjust it depending on who you’re talking to. You ask questions when you need to, speak up when something’s not right, and see things through.
What you’ll need
- Diploma in Work Health and Safety, or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years’ experience in an HSE Coordinator or junior Advisor role
- Understanding of investigation principles, plus experience with site inspections and hazard reporting
- Confident, clear communicator who can adjust their approach to suit the audience
- Warehousing experience a plus, but not essential

- Direct employment with Alium Works, with the stability of long-term project deployment.
- Opportunity to undertake further study with Alium Works support.
- Potential to develop toward Senior HSE Advisory roles or Trainer and Assessor positions
