This is the next step for a Contract Administrator looking to build their commercial capability — working alongside experienced leaders while gaining exposure to complex builds and developing your ability to manage cost, contracts, and commercial risk with confidence.
The Opportunity
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the commercial success of our data centre projects — supporting the team to manage cost, mitigate risk, and deliver strong contractual outcomes.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site teams, you’ll contribute to the end-to-end commercial process while continuing to build your experience in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
In this role, you will:
- Support trade scoping, procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Measure and value works, including progress claims and variations
- Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting
- Interpret contracts and support administration of contractual obligations
- Contribute to managing commercial risk and resolving project challenges
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Contract Administrator who has built a solid foundation early in their career and is ready to step up — someone motivated to develop their commercial acumen while learning from experienced project and commercial leaders.
You’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role (typically 2–3+ years)
- Foundational knowledge of cost management, contract administration and commercial processes
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across project teams
