The Role:
As an Office Admin & Operations Assistant, you will be the "engine room" of our daily operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Operations Support: Coordinating with our factory team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and logistics.
- Customer Excellence: Handling incoming phone calls and providing professional solutions to customer inquiries.
- Business Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for external partners and collaborating with our brand partners.
- Admin Efficiency: Maintaining accurate records, managing data, and supporting the CEO with daily administrative tasks.
About You:
- Experience: Ideally 1+ years of experience in an office admin or operations role (Wholesale or E-commerce background is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You are confident on the phone and professional in emails.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly regarded.
- Attitude: You are a problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease.
- Local Resident: Ideally based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs for a stress-free commute.
