About the Role
Join a leading Cardiothoracic Surgery team where you'll manage complex surgical patients, build strong multidisciplinary partnerships and grow your specialist skills in a supportive, high-performing environment. You'll play a key role in patient care, teaching and research while helping deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
Deliver high-quality care across the patient journey
Lead collaborative care with medical, nursing and theatre teams
Maintain accurate clinical records, reports and discharge summaries
Mentor and teach junior medical staff
Support research, quality improvement and service excellence
About You
You're a skilled and collaborative clinician who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering excellent patient care, continuous learning and quality outcomes. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Medical qualification eligible for AHPRA registration
Strong clinical skills and professional integrity
Experience with cardiothoracic surgical patient care
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
