About the Opportunity
An exciting part-time opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join the Community Health team based in Muswellbrook, with outreach services provided across surrounding areas including Murrurundi. This rewarding role focuses on delivering client-centred care and support to mums, babies and families within the community. Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, you will play an important role in promoting positive health outcomes and supporting families through early childhood and parenting journeys. You will be supported by an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator and a buddy system designed to provide a smooth and welcoming transition into the role. Ongoing support, collaboration and professional development opportunities will also be available to help you grow your skills and confidence within community health nursing.

Essential requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient and family-centred care
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Hold a current driver’s licence and the ability to travel between sites as required
- Hold or be working towards a Postgraduate Qualification in Child and Family Health (desirable)
