We are a small, close-knit production team. We look after our people, value a solid work ethic, and take genuine pride in the craftsmanship of our Australian-made products.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, practical all-rounder to join our workshop team, replacing a long-standing employee who is moving on.
This is NOT repetitive, mundane production-line work. Instead, you will enjoy a high-variety role that keeps you engaged across multiple areas of production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Component welding and custom fabrication.
- Hands-on product assembly, finishing, and meticulous quality control detail work.
- General workshop duties and collaborating with the wider production team.
- Practical problem-solving to ensure every fireplace leaves the workshop meeting our high standards.
What We Are Looking For
We are chasing someone who values team culture and wants steady, long-term employment.
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication.
- Trade qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- A rock-solid work ethic, reliability, and real pride in your workmanship.
- A flexible "can-do" attitude and willingness to pitch in across the workshop wherever required.
- Experience with finishing and quality control is preferred.
