The opportunity to join our team
Step into a pivotal role within the Wrap Platforms team, where you’ll be at the heart of ensuring all custody-related functions are executed flawlessly, on time and in compliance with relevant legislation. You’ll take ownership of key transactions including income, rebates, trades, corporate actions and reconciliations, while building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on operational precision, enjoys solving complex problems and is passionate about driving process improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on client and member outcomes, ensuring accurate entitlements and delivering exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage transactions including income, rebates, trades, corporate actions, and entitlements within SLA timeframes
Investigate and resolve queries by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Support reporting obligations, including IDPS tax statements and tax profiling
Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks in custody processes
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes for clients and stakeholders
Complete assigned year-end activities accurately and within required timeframes
Maintain compliance with all regulatory obligations and internal controls
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge
What you will bring:
Proven experience in investments or custody operations
Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
Knowledge of Australian and international securities
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Demonstrate ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
A collaborative and empathetic approach to teamwork.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering outcomes
