Your new role:
As a Senior Pharmacist (Women's & Children's), you'll deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across Women's and Children's specialties while supporting high-quality, patient-centred care. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, provide expert clinical advice, mentor junior staff and contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services for Women's and Children's patients.
Provide expert medication management, clinical advice and discharge planning.
Supervise and mentor pharmacists, interns, students and pharmacy support staff.
Lead quality improvement, education and evidence-based practice initiatives.
About you:
You are an experienced and collaborative pharmacist with strong clinical expertise and a passion for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and leadership.
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Demonstrated experience delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services.
Strong leadership, communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Commitment to mentoring staff and driving continuous service improvement.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
