About the role
As Project Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of a large-scale insurance transformation program. You will bring structure, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery discipline to a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
The role requires a highly capable delivery professional who can navigate competing priorities, manage risks and dependencies, influence senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Working across Gallagher's Products & Partnerships division, you will play a critical role in ensuring implementation activities transition successfully into business-as-usual operations while delivering an exceptional experience for brokers, insurer partners, and clients.
Key Accountabilities:

Program Delivery & Implementation
Lead the successful implementation and rollout of Gallagher Signature Product, ensuring delivery against project objectives, timelines, governance requirements, and business outcomes. -
Carrier & Strategic Partner Engagement
Manage the onboarding and implementation of panel insurers, coordinating operational, technology, product, and commercial readiness to support successful participation and long-term partnership outcomes. -
Portfolio Migration & Business Transformation
Develop and execute portfolio migration strategies that support the transition of business into panel arrangements, driving adoption, growth, and operational efficiency. -
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Lead engagement, communication, and change activities across brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to support adoption, capability uplift, and successful business transition. -
Performance Optimisation & Continuous Improvement
Monitor implementation performance, pilot outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve issues, and support broader rollout decisions. -
Governance, Risk & Executive Reporting
Provide effective governance, risk management, and executive reporting, ensuring clear visibility of progress, key risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations.
What we are looking for
We're seeking a commercially minded project delivery professional with strong insurance experience and a proven track record of leading complex transformation programs.

5-7+ years' experience in project delivery, insurance operations, transformation, implementation, or program leadership.

Demonstrated success delivering large-scale stakeholder-driven initiatives.
-
Experience within insurance broking, underwriting, insurer operations, or financial services environments.

Business package insurance product knowledge.
-
Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
-
Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing insurance facilities, schemes, delegated authorities, or carrier panel arrangements.

Experience managing broker and insurer change programs.

PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management qualifications.

ANZIIF qualifications and/or tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or related disciplines.
