Sunshine Coast Neuro Rehab is seeking a caring, organised and proactive Senior Allied Health Administrator to join our neurological physiotherapy clinic.
Working closely with our clinicians and Director, you'll play an important role in supporting clients, coordinating administrative processes and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and trust and is suited to someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively and enjoys working collaboratively with others.

About the Role
This role combines client service, intake coordination, scheduling, billing and healthcare administration responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and supporting clients, families and referrers
- Managing phone, email and reception enquiries
- Coordinating referrals and client intake processes
- Proactively managing clinician schedules and appointments
- Monitoring waiting lists and supporting continuity of care
- Processing billing, invoicing and funding administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Supporting reporting and administrative workflows
- Contributing to ongoing improvement of systems and processes
- Monitoring clinic supplies and helping maintain a welcoming, organised and professional clinic environment
This is a hands-on role within a small allied health team. We value team members who are willing to contribute wherever needed and take pride in creating a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Experience in allied health, medical or healthcare administration
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Highly Regarded

Experience with NDIS, Medicare, DVA, aged care or private billing
- Experience using Splose, Cliniko or similar client management software
- Experience coordinating intake, scheduling or healthcare administration workflows
- Relevant qualifications in administration, business or allied health
What We Offer
