About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the architecture, design and technical delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, helping customers modernise business processes and achieve their digital transformation goals. Acting as the primary technical authority across projects, you will work closely with customers, project teams and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure and high-performing solutions. You will also play a key role in technical leadership, pre-sales activities, solution governance and mentoring development teams throughout delivery.
Scope of the Role
- Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Provide technical oversight across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to go-live
- Guide development teams through code reviews, design reviews and technical best practices
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define solution requirements and roadmaps
- Support project delivery through technical documentation, governance and quality assurance
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal delivery teams
- Contribute to presales activities including proposals, solution estimations, presentations and demonstrations
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation and continuous improvement
- Share technical expertise and mentor team members across the practice
- Attend customer workshops and onsite engagements as required
About you
You are a highly experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and leading technical teams. You bring a combination of strong architecture capabilities, hands-on technical expertise and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. Key Skills and Experience include:
- 7+ years' experience architecting and leading Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Strong experience across Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service
- Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and related development technologies
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft and third-party systems including SharePoint, Azure AD and Azure services
- Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading technical delivery teams
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, solution estimations and customer presentations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or Dynamics 365 certifications will be highly regarded
- Experience with PCF development, DevOps deployment pipelines and PowerShell scripting will be advantageous
