We're a fast-growing Australian custom sticker manufacturer based in Ferntree Gully.
Our production floor is built around modern wide-format printers, automated cutting systems and custom-built software that helps manage hundreds of active production jobs every day.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on production role where you'll learn every stage of our custom sticker manufacturing process.
You'll help produce thousands of high-quality custom stickers while working with advanced production equipment and software.
You'll quickly learn that this role is much more than simply pressing "Print."
Every decision you make influences what happens next—printing, lamination, cutting, finishing and dispatch.
The more you understand the workflow, the more responsibility you'll earn.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day may include:
- Operating HP Latex and Roland wide-format printers
- Preparing production jobs using our workflow software
- Loading vinyl and print media
- Monitoring print quality
- Laminating printed material
- Preparing jobs for cutting
- Operating Graphtec, HP and Summa cutters
- Assisting with finishing, packing and dispatch
- Completing daily equipment checks
- Keeping the production area organised and efficient
- Supporting teammates wherever production requires

A Typical Day
On any given day you could be:
- Planning the day's production workload
- Running multiple print jobs across different machines
- Prioritising rush orders
- Preparing work for cutting
- Monitoring print quality
- Helping with finishing and dispatch
- Keeping production flowing efficiently across the entire workshop
Some days are fast-paced.

Hours
- Full-time
- 7.5-hour workday plus 30-minute lunch
- Core production hours between 9:00am–3:00pm
- Some flexibility around start and finish times once fully trained
- No regular weekend work
- Overtime only when genuinely required
Salary
$58,000–$63,000 + Super
Salary will be based on experience and what you bring to the team.
