We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Lead to join our team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing and Events Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of MGM Bulk's marketing activities, with an initial focus on delivering annual events and client engagement programs. Operating across Western Australia, this role plays a central part in how MGM Bulk engages clients, recognises its people, and represents the business externally — supporting a broad range of marketing initiatives through effective coordination and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver MGM Bulk’s annual events calendar,(approximately 15 to 20 events per year)
- Plan and deliver client events, Christmas functions, awards, and other ad hoc activations
- Manage end-to-end event delivery including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting
- Coordinate all event logistics including guest lists, travel, accommodation, and suppliers
- Engage and manage suppliers including venues, catering, signage, and production
- Attend and support on-the-ground event delivery, including hosting responsibilities
- Manage event budgets, track costs, and provide regular financial reporting
- Ensure all events align with MGM Bulk’s brand, objectives, and expected standard
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, People and Culture, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and HSEQ
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication across all stages of delivery
- Support coordination of community partnerships and sponsorship engagements
- Assist with social media coordination, scheduling, and content planning
- Support broader marketing activities including campaigns, internal communications, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate content requirements including photography, video, and external suppliers
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager

Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination or event management
- Strong organisational and logistical capability with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience managing suppliers, timelines, and budgets
- High attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Confident using event platforms, project tools, and scheduling systems
- Exposure to social media platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Professional presentation and ability to operate in client-facing environments
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (desirable)
- Valid 'C' Class Driver's License
