About the Role
As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries and converting leads into vehicle sales
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Negotiating confidently to achieve sales targets and gross profit
- Following up leads and maintaining an active customer pipeline
- Coordinating pre-owned vehicles with photographers to ensure they are presented and photographed for online listings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle and customer information within the CRM
- Ensuring accurate completion of sales documentation
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
About You
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably within pre-owned vehicles
- Experience in a high-volume dealership environment will be highly regarded.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building capabilities
- A current and unrestricted driver's licence
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
