About the Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses with experience or interest in Scrub/Scout or Recovery to deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care. In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the broader theatre team
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments and surgical instruments
- Support patients through the intraoperative or post-anaesthetic recovery phases
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork, clinical judgement, and adaptability are essential. Shifts may include on-call requirements and participation in emergency theatre lists.
About You
We are looking for nurses who:
Are motivated to develop perioperative expertise, with experience or strong interest in Scrub/Scout or Recovery nursing (experience highly regarded but not essential)\
Thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a focus on patient safety and quality care
Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Willing to wear a lead gown (essential requirement)
