We are seeking an organised and proactive Rosters Coordinator to manage our workforce scheduling and ensure participants receive reliable, high-quality supports. About the Role As the Rosters Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating support worker rosters across community access, group programs, camps, transport and in-home supports. This is a busy and rewarding role requiring excellent organisation, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain participant and staff rosters.
- Match participants with suitable support workers.
- Manage shift changes, cancellations and emergency replacements.
- Ensure staffing complies with participant support requirements.
- Monitor staff availability, leave and training compliance.
- Liaise with participants, families and support coordinators.
- Assist with onboarding new staff into the roster.
- Maintain accurate records within rostering software.
- Support payroll by ensuring roster accuracy.
- Assist with general administration as required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous rostering or scheduling experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
- National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience within the NDIS, disability or community services sector.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award.
- Understanding of NDIS compliance requirements.
