JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures cooking stations are sanitised and prepped with necessary tools
- Prepares pizza dough/ stretch dough by hand
- Cook pizza in a half wood, half gas oven
- Checks the quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests
- Make sure the pizza area is clean and sanitised
- Experience required

Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
