Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking experienced Senior Parts Interpreters to join our dynamic team at Bundoora BMW. This role also presents an exciting opportunity to mentor and train new Parts Interpreters, playing a key part in developing the next generation of talent in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will:
-
Interpret, quote, and sell parts to customers with a focus on delivering maximum customer satisfaction and retention

Maintain customer records and keep them informed on order status and delivery expectations

Manage the parts counter, supplying technicians with required parts
-
Apply best practice purchasing and selling processes to maximise business profitability

Provide daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered parts and early arrivals ready to be fitted

Support, guide, and train new Parts Interpreters, fostering their growth and development within the automotive industry
To be considered for this role, you will have:

Relevant trade qualifications
-
Confident communication skills-over the phone, in person, and in writing
-
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to upsell and solve problems for both internal and external customers

Strong IT skills and attention to detail
-
The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A current Driver’s Licence
