As a Graduate Strategy Consultant at Simon-Kucher, you will help leading organisations solve some of their most important commercial challenges. You will analyze data, develop strategies and work alongside experienced consultants and senior clients to deliver measurable impact.
From your first project, you will be given meaningful responsibility while receiving the training, feedback and support needed to build a successful consulting career. How you will create an impact:
- Help structure complex and often ambiguous commercial challenges
- Engage in solution design and development of methodology within project teams of typically 2-5 consultants
- Conduct analysis to test hypotheses and translate them into clear, practical and commercially grounded recommendations
- Develop models to simulate and quantify impacts of recommendations
- Create and deliver client presentations
- Take ownership of defined analyses and workstreams as your experience grows
Your profile:
- A critical thinker with great analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
- Some professional experience from prior internships or roles in consulting firms or industry would be advantageous
- A team player, with proven ability to collaborate with others
- High degree of initiative and critical thinking
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent business English (written and spoken)
- Be willing to travel for projects & training (domestic & international)
- Have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
