Reception & Client Experience Coordinator
Position Summary
Body D-Tox is seeking a warm, professional and proactive Reception & Client Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our wellness centre. This role combines reception, client care, administration, sales, and operational support to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, cared for and valued.
- Assist clients with wellness services including sauna, red light therapy, dry float, compression boots and other recovery services.
- Offer refreshments and maintain a calm, relaxing environment.
- Handle client enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
Reception & Administration
- Manage bookings through Fresha.
- Process payments, gift vouchers and memberships.
- Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries promptly.
Sales & Memberships
- Educate clients on Body D-Tox services and wellness programs.
- Promote memberships, packages and special offers.
- Recommend suitable services based on client needs.
- Follow up leads and enquiries.
- Support achievement of clinic sales targets.
Clinic Presentation
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
- Ensure treatment rooms and wellness spaces are presented to a high standard.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with retail displays.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with therapists and practitioners.
- Assist with clinic events, workshops and wellness presentations.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth clinic flow.
Skills & Experience
- Previous reception, customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in a wellness, health, beauty, fitness or spa environment highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using booking and computer systems.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Passion for health, wellness and helping people.

Pay: $32.00 – $47.36 per hour
