In this role, you will translate service design decisions into clear role and ways-of-working guidance. You will support enterprise-wide service improvement by creating documentation that enables consistent, sustainable service delivery.

Enterprise Services Group enables transformation and operational excellence by delivering high-quality shared services across the University. The Service Experience and Improvement team partners with functions to redesign services, clarify roles, and improve experiences. You will join a collaborative, future-focused team advancing Strategy 2030 by improving how services support students.
