JustVolvo is a long-established Volvo specialist dealership located in Moorabbin, Melbourne. We specialise in Volvo vehicle sales, servicing, parts, and customer support, with a strong reputation built around product knowledge and long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for an entry-level Automotive Sales Trainee to join our team.
No previous car sales experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine interest in cars who is ready to learn the automotive industry from the ground up.
This is a casual role in a dealership that operates Monday to Saturday. Saturday work is required as part of this role.
This role is a mix of sales training, customer support, vehicle presentation, and regular dealership/yard support. You will be working closely with our sales team, learning how to handle customer enquiries, present vehicles, assist with test drives, and follow up with customers.
At the same time, this is a hands-on dealership role. Keeping the yard organised, moving vehicles, preparing cars for display, assisting with photos and online listings, and supporting the day-to-day running of the dealership will be a regular part of the job.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow into sales, but is also practical, reliable, and willing to help across all areas of the dealership.
The role includes:
Customer enquiries and vehicle walkarounds
Assisting with test drives and customer follow-ups
Learning the sales process from start to finish
Helping present vehicles properly for sale
Moving and organising vehicles around the yard
Keeping the showroom and yard presentable
Assisting with photos, online listings, and basic admin
Supporting the sales team with daily dealership operations
General yard and dealership support as part of the everyday role
We are looking for someone who is:

Hands-on and not afraid to help around the yard

Motivated to grow into an automotive sales role
Requirements:
Current full driver’s licence valid in Australia
Saturday availability required
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
No automotive sales experience required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Casual hourly rate plus commission opportunities.
