The Smile Artisans is a modern, state-of-the-art dental practice in Mortlake, NSW, and we're looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the heart of our front desk. No dental experience? No problem — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is the right attitude, and that's what matters most to us.
What You'll Be Doing
- Being the warm, welcoming face our patients see first — setting the tone for a great experience
- Managing appointments and keeping the day running smoothly and on time
- Answering patient enquiries with confidence, care, and clarity
- Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Assisting with billing, payments, and general administration
- Supporting the clinical team so they can focus on delivering excellent care
What We're Looking For
- A genuinely warm and professional manner — you make people feel at ease
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Well-presented, organised, and able to juggle priorities in a busy environment
- A growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and grow with the practice
- Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new systems
- Prior dental or medical reception experience is a bonus, but absolutely not required
