About the Role
Al Rizq Finance is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Broker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist clients with loan applications across a broad panel of lenders, support loan structuring, and help build lasting client and referral relationships. This is a full-time, office-based position working alongside and reporting to our Senior Broker/Director as part of the finance team.
Main Duties
- Assist with client interviews to determine financial position, objectives, and borrowing needs
- Support research, comparison, and processing of loan applications across major, third-tier, and specialist lenders
- Liaise with lenders and clients, and help ensure compliance with NCCP Act and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on application progress
- Help build and maintain long-term client relationships and connections with referral partners
Skills and Experience Required
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential); Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking held, or willingness to obtain one (desirable).
- 1–2 years' experience as a Finance Broker, including loans processed across multiple lender types, including third-tier lenders, not limited to the major four banks
- Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills; high attention to detail
- Proficiency with SalesTrekker, ApplyOnline, Simpology, and Quickli; high computer literacy, fast and accurate typing, and strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team and a regulatory compliance framework
- MFAA/FBAA membership held or able to be obtained
