Love At Home Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing provider of home care services, supporting both Aged Care and NDIS clients across Sydney. We are currently seeking two experienced and compassionate female Aged Care Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to an elderly client located in Eastwood, NSW.
Position Details:
- Location: Eastwood
- Shifts: Morning: 0600AM - 0900AM, Mon, Wed and Fri (personal care)
- Availability: ongoing
- Employment Type: Casual/ABN
This is a home-based role operating under a mobile work model.
Opportunities are available to work exclusively with either Aged Care or NDIS clients, or across both sectors depending on your skills and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care including hygiene support and pressure area care
- Nutritional support
- Experience in clinical support (e.g. AIN or Student RN) is preferred
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in Aged Care or Disability Support, AIN experience preferred
- Genuine passion for supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, or related fields (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- National Noncriminal or Police Check
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
- Legal right to work in Australia
