LEAD LANDSCAPER / SITE SUPERVISOR

$75,000–$90,000 + super (commensurate with experience)

We're a well-established residential landscaping business with over 30 years in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and building lasting relationships with our clients. As the business evolves, we're looking for a talented, experienced landscaper to step into a leadership role and run our jobs on the ground.
About the role:
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll be the face of the business on site, ñmemanaging daily operations, coordinating sub-trades, maintaining our quality standards, and ensuring clients feel looked after from start to finish. When you're on site, you represent the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supervising landscaping crews on residential projects
- Reading and interpreting plans and working to scope
- Coordinating and managing sub-trades (concreters, fencers, irrigation)
- Communicating confidently with clients on site
- Driving and managing the company vehicle
- Upholding quality and safety standards across all jobs
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years experience in residential landscaping — both hard and soft landscaping
- Proven ability to lead a crew and manage a job site independently
- Current White Card (mandatory)
- Certificate III in Horticulture or similar (highly regarded)
- Confident communicator — you can handle client questions without needing to call in
- Current driver's licence and clean record
- Strong references from previous employers (these will be checked)
